Troop 288 places an emphasis on experience and adventure. Every month, we travel to locations such Taum Sauk Montain, Ha Ha Tonka and Johnson's Shut-Ins, and Pea Ridge Civil War Battlefield.

Each year, our Adventure Crew embarks on a high adventure trip. Recently, we've gone to Philmont, Seabase, the Boundary Waters and Yellowstone. These are unique experience which allow scouts to showcase their leadership abilities and outdoor skills.

Every July, we spend a week at H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation.
